An Inspiration to Change…
This group will meet for 8-12 weeks over the winter and early spring on a weekly basis. The purpose of the group will be health and fitness motivation. “I Lost 45# @ 45!” author Kim Nixon will serve as personal coach offering tools, tips, motivation and resources while helping to form a supportive community . Some meetings may include movement and light walking depending on the group’s level of ability. Limited to 6-8 individuals.

With the spring-melt, the group will meet on local Marquette country trails. This magical time of water run-off offers great opportunities to stretch our bodies and awaken our creative-eye at the same time. Four weekly meetings.
