Someone on my twitter posted an article about gluten-free foods being contaminated and I thought of you. Here's a link to the article in case you are interested in reading it. http://tinyurl.com/2g9gsed

I LOVE this, including the ideas that go with it. I've thought about that before. Once I posted a picture on my blog where the subject was out of focus and the ground was in focus (I think it was flowers too). The caption was something about how my life was out of focus. I love this idea that parts are in the background and parts are being focused AND parts are yet to come!

Love the light and the round balls. Amazing!

Beautiful ~ The time spent with family was magical. There is an energy near the shores of Lake Superior that is comforting in its strength and beauty.

Excellent! I need to use Quinoa more and get used to the flavor. I just use it a bit here and there, but not as a base for anything yet.

The bird above was sitting on brush in a trailer headed to the dump! He was a fun little bird having just splashed in the pond.

I'm having fun this summer. Reminding myself that the ordinary backyard capture is okay. That not everything has to be spectacular. The ordinary can be extraordinary.

I am feeling much better than last week.
